Go extra-mile for your customer

By doing this it simply means you have to give your customer the best of your services not just that alone you need to go beyond the limit you made an agreement with your customers. When your customers see all your services and know that you went beyond your limit just to deliver to his/her taste, he/she would like to refer more people to you because of your quality services.

Ask for feedback

By the time a customer patronize your services and you ask for feedback about the product the product or services the customer will know that you care for the well-being of others not just the money coming to you and that alone will stir up the mind of the customer to keep coming back to you.

Understand your customers

Understanding your customers means you have to listen to their opinions, give them what they want, connect with them, give them a listening ear to their feed backs and value them. By the time you do these things, you get to earn their loyalty and more customers too.

Learn to show appreciation

As simple as the word ‘thank you’ sounds it also means a lot to your customers. By saying that you get to create an idea in their minds that they are respected and valued.

Learn to use the right words

Using the right words at the right time helps in building a bonding relationship between you and your customers, not just the right words but also, the use of words like; please, am sorry, I shouldn’t have etc. and also learn to accept your mistakes and correct yourself, not just going about arguing with customers.

Prioritize your customers

Always make your customers the top on your list, learn to make them happy and satisfied. Give them options to choose from, explain things to them and build their confidence in your services.

Keep the conversation active

When talking to your customers don’t just let the customer to be talking also, keep the conversation going, crack jokes, entertain them, make them feel they are at the right place, ask them their opinions and provide them with great services.

Keep in contact

Do not always expect that the customer will come running each time to you, get their contact, stay in touch with them by sending emails and whatever means you feel is convenient for you.

If you want a lasting relationship with your customers, you also need to be considerate. Consider their time, time is a precious asset and you don’t know if the person is in a hurry or not. So the best thing to do is to give them an empowering point, be brief, concise most importantly, learn not to shut your customers in their speeches or opinions.

Connect with them

You have to be with your customers every step of the way interacts with them, guide them before, during and after the services you have offered them. Let them know you are always there to be at their service, not just because of business but a long lasting relationship.

FINAL THOUGHTS
